When does FITEWEEK launch?
Soon. Everyone on the early-access list gets one email the day it opens, before anyone else. Coaches and gyms on the list are set up first.
Is this medical advice?
No. FITEWEEK is a planning tool. It turns your fight date, weigh-in and numbers into a day-by-day plan and flags cuts that look unsafe. Any water cut should be supervised by a qualified coach, and anything health-related belongs with your doctor.
Does the app tell me how much water and salt to take?
Not yet. Those amounts are agreed with your coach until our fight-week protocol has been reviewed by sports-medicine professionals. The app keeps your plan, your weigh-ins, the stop signs and your coach in one place.
Do I need a coach?
You can plan on your own, but FITEWEEK is built for fighters with a coach in the loop. Share your team code and your coach sees your weigh-ins and check-ins and can message you in the app.
Does it work for women?
Yes. Her plan adapts to the menstrual cycle: where weigh-in day falls, water you may hold before your period, and warning signs like missed periods. Cycle data stays on your phone.
Which sports?
Any sport with a weigh-in: MMA, boxing, Muay Thai, kickboxing, wrestling, BJJ and judo.
What does it cost?
Fighters can start free. A Fight Pass unlocks the full fight-week plan. Coaches and gyms get a team plan. Early-access members hear about founding prices first.
What happens to my data?
Your weight is never shown on a public page. You choose what your coach sees. Your cycle data never leaves your phone.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. FITEWEEK works in English and Arabic.
